Library staff are available Monday–Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
The third floor of the University Commons, which houses the Library, is accessible to anyone with a valid Carlow University ID who can swipe into the University Commons.

Reference appointments must be made online through our Microsoft Bookings site. Appointments are available to be scheduled either online or in person. The Bookings site synchs with library staff's Outlook calendars, showing you in real time what our available appointment times are. If you do not see a time that works for you and need to arrange for an appointment time outside of what is listed, please email us at gracelibrary@carlow.edu. We will work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.
After-hours basic reference assistance is also available through our 24/7 Chat with a Librarian widget, which can be accessed from the blue and yellow "Chat" button in the lower right-hand side of the screen. This service is staffed by librarians from across the state of Pennsylvania, made possible by PA Power Library.
