Refund Information

A student refund, also known as credit on account, is generated when there’s an overpayment to your charges on your student account. For example, payments from scholarships, grants and/or student loans that exceed your tuition and fees, room and board may generate a student refund. If you are receiving financial aid, including the Federal Direct student loans, a credit on account will typically occur when the following conditions are met:

  • Financial Aid Confirmation Form has been received.

  • Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling for Direct Student Loans have been completed.

  • All requested Verification and Tax Documents have been received.

  • All anticipated financial aid has been credited to your account.
