Navigate360 is an app that can help you manage your academic journey and connect effectively with the full range of resources at Carlow.
Specifically, you Can Use Nav360 to:
Instantly schedule an appointment with an academic advisor or tutor.
Set alerts and reminders to stay on top of your to-do list and important deadlines.
Locate and connect with campus resources, including administrative and support offices.
Sync your class schedule with your phone calendar.
Explore majors and career information.
Students, please follow the below instructions to start using the Navigate360 mobile app
Go to the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the smart device you are using (or search for "Navigate360 Student" in either store)
Download and install the Navigate360 Student app
Open the app and search for Carlow University under school name
Log in using your Carlow University Login credentials (your @live.carlow.edu email and password)
Accept the terms and conditions and proceed to the brief introduction (Welcome Tour) to the app. The Welcome Tour can be accessed again on the About page in the app
Answer the short Intake Survey to personalize the app
Allow push notifications to ensure you don't miss any communications or reminders
You also can access Nav360 by visiting the desktop site login page on your laptop or computer.
Scheduling an Appointment in the Navigate 360 Student app:
Open and sign in to your Navigate360 Student app.
Click on the “Appointments” icon, then “Schedule an Appointment” and follow the prompts.
Canceling Appointments:
Log into the Navigate Student mobile app (or the desktop version)
Tap/click "Appointments"
Under “Upcoming,” select the appointment you would like to cancel
Tap/click “Cancel Appointment"
Select a reason for the cancellation from the drop-down menu
Enter a comment (optional, but helpful information to include when canceling)
Tap/click “Cancel Appointment”
