Navigate360

About Navigate360

As part of the Title III grant, Carlow University is implementing Navigate360 to unite administrators, faculty, staff, and students in a collaborative network that supports the entire student experience.

Navigate360 is a leading higher education advising and student success software that currently serves over 10 million students enrolled at more than 850 colleges and universities. On average, Navigate360 partners see graduation rate increases of 3–15% and retention rate increases of 2-12%.

Why Navigate360 for Carlow?

Through a campus-wide adoption of Navigate360, Carlow University will advance the following objectives to strengthen student success and retention:

  • Identify students who may be at risk for attrition and empower faculty and staff to proactively support their academic progress, engagement, and overall well-being.

  • Connect students to the appropriate support personnel and services across the university—including (but not limited to) faculty advisors, academic tutors, and administrative offices.

  • Foster a sense of belonging and connection by strengthening communication and coordination among students, advisors, faculty, and support staff.

  • Track student engagement from enrollment through graduation to inform retention strategies and improve long-term outcomes.

  • Facilitate timely, data-informed interventions by providing access to relevant student information based on user-specified criteria.
