Current Implementation Status (June 2025 – September 2025)

  • 373 unique student users have accessed Nav360 through the desktop link or mobile app.
  • All students are now using the appointment scheduling feature in Nav360 to book tutoring and academic coaching sessions
  • The CAA appointment scheduling links have been updated to reflect their migration to Nav360.
  • Faculty and staff can access Navigate360 via the Quick Links on Isadora.
  • In August, we provided CAS and CHW faculty with an intro presentation to help them get started with Navigate360.
  • Cap1 progress reports were sent out via Navigate360. After assessing the process at week 4, we will make any needed adjustments and repeat the process at week 8 for semester-length classes, and again at week 12 for the Cap2 session.

Q&A
Why should I sync my Outlook and Nav calendars?: Upon logging into Nav360 for the first time, we highly recommend syncing your Carlow Microsoft Outlook calendar to your Navigate360 calendar. This will allow for a seamless flow of appointments between both calendars, blocking off that time and preventing double booking. Instructions/video tutorial for calendar syncing can be found HERE.
I emailed my student through Nav, but they responded via Outlook. Now what?: Email messages started through Navigate360 will be visible in your messaging folder in Nav360, even if subsequent responses to that thread are written and sent through Outlook.
What's the deal with appointment scheduling "care units" in Nav?:
All faculty should select the “Faculty” care unit when setting up availability.
- Staff have different “care units” (Tutoring, Academic Coaching & Support, and Center for Global Engagement) which have different services available, based on location. We are able to create new care units, so if you’d like to discuss options, let us know!
What "service" should I select for appointments, and how long is each appointment?:
- Faculty can currently select from either “Office Hours” or “Advising Appointment” as service types. If you think we need another service type for faculty, we are open to suggestions!

- Faculty appointments are set to default to 30 minutes, and students can only book up to 21 days in advance. If folks would like additional meeting durations to be available, we can program those.
I'm having trouble logging into Nav360. What do I do?We do have some newer faculty who were not correctly identified in the import process from Colleague to Navigate360. We are working with tech support at Carlow and EAB to resolve this as soon as possible.

Stay Tuned - Coming Up in October 2025!

  • Feature: Enrollment Campaigns
  • Faculty advisors will be able to send advising appointment requests/reminders to their advisees for Spring registration meetings. Nav360 will track responses and can automatically send push reminders to students who have not yet scheduled.
