There you will find basic training material developed by Brightspace, as well as some Carlow-specific resources and videos. If you choose to use this link to access the course, make sure you are logged into Brightspace first.
Faculty, staff and students have access to a chat feature that directly connects to Brightspace Help. Clicking the icon that is available anywhere in Brightspace opens a chat window.
Sign up for access to the very active D2L/Brightspace community. There you will find resources, community discussions and answers to many questions. Anyone around the world who uses Brightspace is eligible to access the community—just be sure to sign up using your Carlow email, so that they know you are eligible.
